Have you ever had a dream? We all do, sometimes unfortunate events happen that prevent us from a dream coming true. This is one of those examples. After investing in this project our customer had to abandon ship. Our company has now signed all legal docs for ownership of all properties and assets. Now we want to form a joint venture with a hardwood flooring marketing expert. We have all the marketing goods in place.
This is a complete website design and marketing project developed for a store flooring expert that specializes in home renovation projects like flooring. He engaged our services to research & develop a call center website hub for floor installations exclusively.

Completed Development Summary
Basic Plan
After several meetings we were able to develop a basic business model.
- Become a well established online call center to get a consumer the best price on a quality flooring installation
- Develop a network of ‘prime city’ dealers (franchises) that would perform estimate finalization and installations. Franchisees would receive plenty of marketing collateral, website with publishing interface, qualified leads
- Franchiser would only make a commission if flooring deal is finalized.
Market Research
We determined through extensive research that certain Canadian cities would have the greatest need for the service.
Website Planning and Design
Based on research, we developed a website that is built on a content management system. It has also been programmed for dealers to sign-up. Once they sign up, a dealer has immediate access to add website content into a custom branded template.
Opportunity
Unfortunately the client had an unforeseeable health condition that required immediate treatment. He could no longer continue with this project. We came to an agreement that we would absorb outstanding costs in exchange for ownership of the project. The legal documents were recently signed giving us ownership of all data and web property.
Here is one of those real life examples that are on the cutting edge. All of the grunt work is done! It’s a Canadian entrepreneur’s dream. I am not going to beat around the bush. We are looking for joint ventures on this project now.
